Preparation: For the biscuit pastry wisk the egg whites and add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add egg yolks. Fold flour and corn flour into the mixture with and whip. Coat a baking paper covered baking tray with the pastry mix. Place in a 395 degree Fahrenheit preheated oven for 10 minutes until mixture turns golden yellow. Flaten the pastry with a roller covered with 2 spoons sugar, then cover with a wet kitchen towel and let cool down. Whip cream with sugar and Pero. Remove the wet kitchen towel. Coat the biscuit with the cream. Form the flattened biscuit in a roll shape. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut in pieces.
