Preparation: Mix flour, corn flour, hot chocolate mix and baking powder. Press mixture in the middle to create a hole. Fill the hole with a mixture of the egg yolks and powdered sugar. Dissolve Pero powder in one tablespoon hot water and let sit until cool. Mix dissolved Pero into the egg mixture. Cut butter (at room temperature) in little pieces and distribute along the flour. Mix and create a pastry of all ingredients with cold hands. Divide the pastry in 4 parts, form small sausage size pieces (3cm diameter), and keep very cold for 3 minutes (in the freezer). In the meantime preheat the oven to 395 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover 2 baking trays with baking paper. Cut the pastry-sausages into small pieces (1cm) and place onto the baking tray. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 minutes until crispy.
Makes 50 pieces.
